Position Summary
The Intern will play a crucial role in building and nurturing partnerships between
Pollinate Group and global universities, with the aim of promoting and expanding our
Student Fellowship program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute
to impactful projects, gain experience in partnership building, and support the
advancement of women's empowerment initiatives on a global scale and working
closely with a world class social organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Identification: Conduct comprehensive research to identify
potential global universities that align with Pollinate’s mission and objectives for
the Student Fellowship program.
  • Exploring Government and Private funding opportunities for supporting
fellowships in India and Nepal in the country of origin.
  • Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop an engagement
strategy for approaching and establishing partnerships with identified
universities.

Key Responsibilities, Intern- Fellowship

  • Outreach and Communication: Initiate communication with university
representatives, departments, and key stakeholders to introduce the Fellowship
program and its learning outcomes for the students/participants.
  • Networking: Research networking events, webinars, and conferences to meet
university professionals and promote partnerships. Prepare a calendar of events
that can enhance outreach for Pollinate.
  • Customized Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to
universities, highlighting the unique aspects and impact of the Women
Empowerment Fellowship program.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with university
contacts, addressing their queries, providing timely updates, and addressing
concerns.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with internal teams to identify
collaborative initiatives that can enhance the partnership and the fellowship
program.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from university partners to
continuously improve the partnership experience and program effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of partnership communications, progress,
and outcomes for reporting and analysis.

Key selection criteria
Current enrollment in a relevant academic program (Business, International

Relations, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Passion for women's empowerment and gender equality issues.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
