[Keppel Internship Programme 2023] Intern, Pmo (Sep'23 - Feb'24)

JOB DESCRIPTION Keppel Enteprise Services (KENS) provides IT Centre of Excellence for Keppel Group. This role sits in the Project Management Office (PMO) team. PMO team manages IT programs and projects globally for Keppel Group across various business units. The intern will be responsible in the following:

• Work together with the project managers in managing the projects.
• Manage day to day projects operational aspects and requests.
• Track the projects tasks progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and project events.
• Provide regular updates on projects tasks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.

Learning Outcomes:

• Candidate is able to obtain experience in managing enterprise level projects.
• Learn project management processes, project management tools, challenges in managing projects.
• Learn how to overcome the challenges for successful project execution.
