Our Company is a leading landscape design and construction firm specializing in artificial turf installation with high-end residential, commercial, and municipal projects. We are committed to creating sustainable, functional, and beautiful outdoor spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Landscape Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape construction projects during installation from inception to completion. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams in the field, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ranging from $5K to $100K in value.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope and schedule.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and change orders.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
  • Supervise field crews, conduct site inspections, and maintain quality control standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
