The Academic Coordinator for IT based Courses plays a crucial role in overseeing the academic aspects of the institute's short courses in information technology. The incumbent will be responsible for instructional design, faculty management, student engagement, and ensuring the overall quality of the educational programs. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with the administrative team to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute's academic operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service.

• Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
