What you’ll do here: Order Management

• Order entry via various receiving channels.
• Order changes in response to clients’ requests.
• Liaising with overseas counterparts on order change requests and any shipment-related issues
• Order monitoring to ensure that orders are correctly processed and on track for deliveries.

Logistics Management

• Liaise with 3PLP on inbound arrivals.
• Liaise with 3PLP on inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow up on signed delivery note for filing purposes.

Ad-Hoc Duties relating to audit compliance requirements

• Checking on proper E-Filing against orders
• Checking on proper E-Filing against export documents

What you’ll take away:

• Sound understanding of order and logistics management.
• Enhance interpersonal skills through working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field.
• Able to commit on a full-time basis for 6 months.
• Knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. Customer-focused and meticulous in details.
• Good organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
