Product Intern

The product intern is responsible for executing User Acceptance Testing (mobile apps and web) and assisting in successfully launching the in-house Customer Management System.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Product Intern to join the team as Core Collective grows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct manual user acceptance testing based on end to end business test cases and detect, report and track defects.
• Conduct functional testing on digital products to ensure that all features have been developed according to business request specifications.
• Work closely with product managers and internal stakeholders to ensure that UAT is completed within a set timeframe.
• Prepare weekly and daily bug fix reports for overall project timeline tracking purposes.
• Participate in other Product launch and deployment activities. (not limited to manual documentation, data cleaning and migration.

Who You Are …

• Currently undertaking a degree or diploma in computer engineering/computer science.
• Currently undertaking a degree in business or economics or other related fields.
• Able to multitask and have good time management.
• Good organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• A good problem solver with analytical skills
• Able to communicate in both verbal and documentation effectively
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in automated testing and/or JIRA is preferred
• Experienced in UAT testing
