Project Planner

Job description:

1. Project Scheduling & Planning

• Create detailed project plans using tools like MS Project or Primavera
• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Break down work into structured tasks (WBS – Work Breakdown Structure)

2. Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule
• Track delays, risks, and deviations
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders

3. Resource Coordination

• Work with project managers to allocate resources effectively
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment

4. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential scheduling risks
• Develop mitigation plans
• Adjust timelines based on real-time project conditions

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, vendors)
• Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly

6. Data Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyze project performance metrics
• Forecast completion dates and resource needs
• Support decision-making with data insights

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
