Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Process cash, credit, and digital payments swiftly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing friendly recommendations.
• Assist with food preparation, food service, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and assisting in maintaining a tidy environment.
• Manage basic math calculations for transactions and retail math to ensure accurate billing and change distribution.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments within quick service or fast food restaurants.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance sales performance and improve guest experience.
