The Lunch Lady is an award-winning Vietnamese restaurant concept inspired by the vibrant street food culture and nightlife of Saigon. With locations in Canada and soon in Manila, we're looking for passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We're currently looking for an honest, detail-oriented, and service-driven Cashier to become part of our Front of House team.

As the final point of contact in every guest's dining experience, you'll ensure every transaction is accurate, efficient, and handled with professionalism while creating a warm and memorable farewell for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
• Ensure billing accuracy, including discounts, promotions, split bills, and special requests
• Maintain full accountability for your assigned cash drawer and daily cash reconciliation
• Operate the POS system with speed and accuracy
• Coordinate with Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Managers to resolve billing concerns
• Complete opening and closing cashier procedures and financial reports
• Follow company cash-handling, fraud prevention, and security procedures
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service throughout every transaction

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment
• Experience using POS systems
• Excellent numerical and cash-handling skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability
