We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Sales Assistant & TikTok Live Host to join our team and help create an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online.

In this role, you will assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, provide excellent customer service, support daily retail operations, and host engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase our products, interact with viewers, and drive sales. Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations, managing customer flow and crowd control, attending to customer inquiries, operating and troubleshooting the point-of-sale (POS) system, providing accurate product information, and hosting TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, engage with viewers, and drive sales. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary product knowledge, live-selling skills, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Providing excellent customer service, including product recommendations
• Share detailed information about our range of products, including features, benefits, and care instructions
• Handle sales transition efficiently, which includes processing payments and providing receipts
• Maintaining a clean and inviting store space, which includes restocking and organising products as needed
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages
• Host weekly TikTok sessions in-store to showcase products and engage customers.
• Support the team with other tasks as needed, including promotional activities and customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales is a plus point
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in English
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, with an engaging personality
• Ability to work in a fast-pace setting and manage multiple tasks
• Host weekly TikTok sessions in-store to showcase products and engage customers

Job Type: Permanent

Work Location: In person
Work Hours: 11am - 9pm

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
