Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files and documents (physical and digital)
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Manage schedules, meetings, and calendars of the team
- Process and arrange administrative requests (e.g., allowances, reimbursements, and other support needs)
- Ensure all records and data are accurate and up to date
- Monitor Tarkie attendance of Sales Agents and ensure alignment with Sprout log-in and log-out records
- Validate and flag any discrepancies in attendance and coordinate with concerned employees and supervisors
- Prepare and submit regular attendance monitoring reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willing to be assigned onsite at 37 Maryland Street cor D. A. Egea Street, Pinagkaisahan, Cubao Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
