ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you’ll take charge of sales initiatives, managing the entire sales process from start to finish. Working remotely from home, you will collaborate closely with your manager and team to drive sales activities, while embracing innovative solutions and challenging traditional methods in the training sector. TASKS
- Work hands-on throughout the sales process – from initial contact to closed deal and customer onboarding.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers and build long-term relationships.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure.
- Using your product knowledge, independently create solutions and quotations.
- Plan and execute customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade fair participation.
- Handle administrative follow-up and reporting in the CRM system, ensuring data quality and transparency.
- Traveling will be a frequent part of this position. Our US headquarters is located in Kennesaw, GA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in outreach sales with proven good results.
- Comfortable in generating own appointments and creating and maintaining business relationships.
- B2B field sales experience in service, construction, transport, or agriculture. And/or an experienced teacher/user operating within the mentioned fields.
- Ability to locate, educate, and develop relationships directly with end users, e.g., colleges and universities.
- Ability to work efficiently using a CRM system providing regular sales statistics to management.
- Experience and/or knowledge in public procurement.
