In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
• Create a content calendar outlining the schedule of posts, including captions, images, and videos.
• Extracting/gathering data and information from social media platforms
  
• Publish and schedule posts on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content and engage with the online community.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
  
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving content engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create high-quality visual content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
