We at Shark Innovation Labs want to expand our team; we are looking for a creative Social Media Intern to join our team.

As a Social Media Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in developing and executing social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, track performance metrics, and contribute innovative ideas to drive our online presence. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in social media management within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in planning and implementing social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
• Support the execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and monitoring.
• Assist in managing the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute creative ideas for contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to increase audience participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of popular social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting platforms.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is desirable.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 per month
