OurPharma is looking for an individual to join as full-time Sterile Compounding Technician. The Sterile Compounding Tech will work collaboratively with a team of pharmacists and production team members, and will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Participating in a robust on-the-job training program, which includes demonstration of understanding of all policies and procedures relating to the functions of this role.
• Performing work in a sterile, cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.
• Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly cleans to help maintain a state of control of the cleanroom environment.
• Staging and preparing production materials and assisting with production batches.
• Adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent contamination during all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations.

Starting Salary Range for Role: $18-20/hour depending on relevant background/experience
