Store Manager

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store performance through effective sales, operational, and customer service strategies.

The role involves managing staff, maintaining stock levels, overseeing financial performance, building stakeholder relationships, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring company values and brand standards are upheld.

The Store Manager will also identify business improvement opportunities and deliver training to support team development and profitability.

Objectives:
Core Tasks

• Design and implement retail goals for the store, such as creating customer service objectives, sales targets, increasing brand visibility, and store maintenance and improvements.
• To set up sales and operational goals, achieve the desired goals by analysing and monitoring the available data.
• Review business needs regularly and provide solutions for identified underperforming areas.
• Maintaining the company's culture and brand ethics throughout the team assigned.
• Relationship management of stakeholders.
• Increasing customer engagement offline and online.
• Providing regular training to the team for a better customer experience and maintaining customer relations.
• Maintaining the stock levels.

Financial Management

• Managing the budget and financial performance of the store to maximise profits.
• Maintaining all the financial reports and records accurately.
