A Day in the Life
As a Supply Planner, you will be a key player in our dynamic Supply Chain team, ensuring our products are available to delight consumers across Australia. You will collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and distribution teams to manage inventory and guarantee the smooth execution of our supply plans.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage Inventory: Monitor inventory levels against targets for your portfolio, proactively preventing excess stock and identifying slow-moving items.
- Execute Supply Plans: Ensure detailed supply plans are in place and actioned for each SKU, identifying and resolving any potential supply issues.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with our Customer Supply Chain function to ensure clear and timely communication with customers and commercial stakeholders.
- Drive Accuracy: Partner with key internal teams to review and maintain all supply planning data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

You’re a strong candidate if you possess:
- Supply Chain Planning: Previous experience in a supply planning role, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment.
- Inventory Management: A solid understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tools like MS Excel to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: A natural ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agility and Adaptability: The capacity to navigate complexity and a high-pressure environment while remaining focused on delivering results.
