This role will be located at North Ryde - Packable, and you will participate in in the day-to-day support and training of our Crew Members.
Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) exists to support people living with a disability to lead fulfilling, productive and independent lives by providing meaningful job opportunities, training and person-centred support.
The Support Worker role involves assisting our Crew Members to actively participate in work, upskill and fulfill our commercial partner requirements, by supporting the day-to-day operations of the factory floor.

We are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Sydney, Central West, Central Coast, Mid North Coast and Far North Coast regions in NSW.
About the role
Supporting Crew Members in the day-to-day operation of our packaging facility
Supporting our Crew Members working on production lines and assembling various goods
Upskilling and Training our Crew Members to achieve positive employment outcomes.
Assist with meeting commercial partner requirements
About you
The suitable applicant would have:
Knowledge and understanding of people who have a disability and/or barrier to employment.
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Willingness to take part in training.
Willingness to participate and work in a workplace under supervision.
