Utility Staff

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Staff to support the daily operations of our facility. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring that work areas are safe, organized, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Collect and dispose of trash properly and regularly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and other consumables
• Assist in basic maintenance and minor repairs when needed
• Support setup and cleanup for meetings or events
• Monitor cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages
• Follow safety procedures and company hygiene standards
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (preferred)
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
• Trustworthy, responsible, and hardworking
• Willing to work on weekends, or holidays if needed
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• can start asap

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
