Position Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the UX for customer facing eCommerce channels.

• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.

• Write test plans, create final deliverables and present research insights.

• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.

• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time internship is open to Junior-status students only.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in UX Design / UX Research, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or a related field.

• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design / UX Research experience.

• Curiosity to understand user perspective.

• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
