Veterinary Receptionist

Busy veterinary hospital located in Thornbury looking for full-time receptionist.

Our receptionists are the face of our clinic and must possess exceptional people skills both in person and on the phone.

Duties include booking appointments, ensuring that the clinic is clean at all times, cashing clients out and balancing cash, managing the traffic flow through the clinic and maintaining client/patient records. The ability to work in a very fast paced dynamic environment and multitask are crucial parts of this role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills – face to face, over the phone, email, interacting with staff
• Available to work various Monday to Saturday shifts from 7:30am-7pm
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
