Account Manager

• Building strong client relationships to maintain the existing clients and acquire new clients
• Achieves set KPI in terms of actual sales versus target
• Maintains the profitability of all the existing accounts
• Responsible in developing and managing accounts thru visibility and constant communication with existing customers
• Coordinates with CSA and Telesales Assistant on all concerns pertaining to customer servicing and sales presentation
• Attends to all sales exhibits, convention and conferences as needed
• Has strong background in Domestic Freight Forwarding is a must
• With SAP background
