Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Accounting Associate to support our daily financial operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting management with clear financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where data accuracy is paramount.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash collections, and expense reports regularly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Compliance & Reporting

• Assist in preparing tax computations and filing required returns with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
• Utilize data-tracking systems (such as advanced Google Sheets/Excel or accounting software) to generate regular financial insights for management.
• Ensure all financial operations adhere to local accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll administration.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (comfortable with complex functions, data tracking, and report generation).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial data with complete integrity.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
