LOCATION: 180 A. Mabini Street, Brgy. Addition Hills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, as well as candidates with relevant work experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• With or without experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• With good analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Monitor and record daily transactions accuratelyAssist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and documentation
