Cost Accounting Staff

Job Summary

The Cost Accounting Staff is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling company costs related to restaurant operations, inventory, and production. The position ensures accurate costing, inventory reconciliation, and preparation of cost analysis reports to support effective financial decision-making.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze food, operational, and inventory costs
• Prepare and maintain cost accounting records and reports
• Conduct inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Assist in calculating product costing and menu costing
• Monitor stock movements and ensure accurate inventory documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and branch operations regarding inventory concerns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense control
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting and inventory records
• Support the Accounting Department in financial reporting and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by management

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience in cost accounting, inventory, or accounting work is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and cost analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in food or restaurant industry is an advantage

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
