Accounts Executive

Our client is a well-established public accounting firm in Singapore. They provide a comprehensive range of audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base.

Job Scope:

• Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, expense verification, payments, receipts, and payroll processing
• Prepare bank reconciliations, supporting schedules, and management reports (including cash flow)
• Perform month-end closing and prepare financial statements in accordance with SFRS
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities (e.g. IRAS, ACRA)
• Handle GST filings and support ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks

Job Requirements:

• ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Associate: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Senior Associate: Minimum 4 years of experience, with prior team supervision or leadership exposure
• Good understanding of Singapore compliance requirements (ACRA, IRAS, CPF)
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, or JustLogin
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience in accounting/audit/tax firms is a plus

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Working Location:

Salary: $3,300 to $4,500
