We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Assistant / Manager, Sales – Corporate to drive corporate sales performance across our Singapore hotels. This role is responsible for leading strategic business development initiatives, growing key corporate accounts, and maximizing total revenue contribution across rooms, events, and food & beverage.
As a senior contributor within the Sales team, you will play a critical role in shaping account strategies, securing preferred partnerships, and collaborating closely with hotel teams and global stakeholders to exceed segment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure and maintain preferred hotel status with global and regional corporate accounts.
Drive negotiated transient and group business to achieve and exceed corporate segment revenue targets.
Own and grow an assigned portfolio of key corporate accounts, maximizing total account value across all revenue streams.
Proactively identify new business opportunities while growing share from existing accounts.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes aligned with overall revenue goals.
Represent the Singapore hotels through sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, sales missions, business development weeks, and international sales trips as required.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hotel-based teams, Business Conversion, Events Management, GSOs, and internal stakeholders to drive conversion and seamless execution.
Partner with global sales teams and contribute leads through the WeSell! program.
Support and execute group-wide sales initiatives and special promotions.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
Contribute to the development of the Area Sales Plan, budgets, market audits, and sales action plans.
Monitor account performance, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Maximize up-selling opportunities and proactively drive revenue optimization initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, sales plans, and activity updates.
Systems & Technology
Utilize sales and revenue systems such as Amadeus Advanced (Delphi.fdc), SLIM tools, and other approved platforms to manage accounts and proposals.
Maintain up-to-date client profiles and data integrity across all sales systems.
Leadership & Professionalism
Demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity when representing the brand.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment.
