Valrico Spine and Rehab is a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic practice seeking a motivated and personable Chiropractic Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to grow clinically, build a strong patient base, and be part of a supportive, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care and treatment plans

• Perform patient exams, re-exams, and report findings

• Educate patients on care plans and long-term wellness

• Collaborate with a team of chiropractors and support staff

• Help build and maintain a strong patient base

Schedule

• Full-time position

• 5 days per week

• Split schedule between Valrico and Wesley Chapel locations

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Chiropractor in Florida (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and patient relationship skills

• Motivated, team-oriented, and growth-focused

• Open to mentorship and system-based practice

• New grads and experienced doctors welcome
