Baristas! Come work with us at DAME, pouring Industry Beans at the Paris end of Collins St.

DAME is a CBD cafe by the founders of established Melbourne hospitality group EARL. All-day dining, benchmark coffee & wine inside a stunning fit-out, we are now recruiting a barista to join our team.

Working with Industry Beans coffee, we are looking for someone who can deliver a sleek and sophisticated coffee experience in a fast-paced environment at the Paris end of Collins St. You'll be working as part of a team of 3 baristas during our morning rush, delivering up to 90 kg per week.

We can offer up to a 5-day-a-week roster and would have preferance for applicants with flexibility across the week and Saturday.
A barista with some basic bar experience would be highly regarded and a great work ethic is essential!

Dame is open Monday - Saturday from 7am and we can offer a fixed roster for the right applicant to work around your lifestyle.

If you are;

• Passionate about great food, coffee, and working as part of a team
• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
• Have a current RSA
• An excellent and effective communicator, especially when under pressure
