Bookkeeper - Part Time

A GAA Club is seeking a Part-Time Club Bookkeeper to manage the club’s day-to-day financial records. The role includes oversight of bar finances, payroll processing, VAT returns, and general bookkeeping, supporting the Treasurer and Committee in maintaining strong financial governance and compliance. A minimum of 5 hours per week (worked monthly) is required, with additional hours during busy periods. Flexible working hours are available, and working from home is desired, with occasional evening on-site attendance. Experience in bookkeeping and payroll is essential, experience using Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams is essential, and experience with the Big Red Book accounting software is highly desirable. A competitive hourly rate will be offered, depending on experience.
