Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting Analyst

Work Location: Alphaland, Makati

Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting

Overview:

Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

Analyze performance metrics and trends

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Basic Qualifications:

At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent data visualization and communication skills

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
