We are a family-owned café in Marrickville looking for an experienced and reliable Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our growing team.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and can consistently make excellent coffee during busy service periods.

About the Role

As a Cafe All-Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of café operations, including:

• Making high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
• Operating the POS and handling payments
• Food running and table service
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a café
• Strong barista skills and confidence working independently on a coffee machine
• Ability to handle busy morning and lunch rushes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
