Implement initiatives to improve usage of chatbots:
- Introducing features and functionalities that is aligned with the user's needs with the goal to reduce email/call
- Work with Technology team to explore areas of improvements and fix existing defects
- Create bulletins, newsletters, updates on chatbot contents and features
Training the chatbot by:
- Build conversations that customers and/or advisors can connect with the response when they interact with the bot
- Study the pattern of users and their usage journey, review key metrics and reports, make updates to existing
- Support in chatbot migration to new platform Support in knowledge contents reorganization/transition activities
- Perform various testing on the FAQs and features on various platforms and provide feedback to the vendor
- Assist manager to prepare various analytics and reporting
What you would gain from this internship:
- Good working knowledge on chatbot & Generative AI
- Basic knowledge on reporting (PowerBI, SQL)
- Basic knowledge on how to design bulletins, EDMs, etc
