Chief Estimator

This is a full-time job for a Chief Estimator. You will be responsible for leading the estimation process for construction projects, preparing and analyzing cost estimates, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and superintendents. The role involves compiling and evaluating bid proposals, reviewing project specifications and drawings, conducting site visits, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. The Chief Estimator will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $146,661.00 - $158,837.00 per year
