We are a growing Brisbane-based cleaning company seeking reliable, professional cleaners to join our team as casual employees, with a clear pathway to full-time hours for the right candidates. You work under our brand, with our equipment, and we handle all client acquisition — you just show up and do great work.

This is a genuine employment opportunity with regular, ongoing shifts across the Brisbane metro area. Whether you're looking to start casual and build your hours, or you're ready to commit to full-time from the get-go, we want to hear from you.

Services You Will Be Performing

• Residential window cleaning (interior and exterior)
• High-pressure water-fed pole window cleaning
• Regular weekly, fortnightly, and monthly house cleaning
• End of lease / bond cleans (experience preferred)
• Post-construction cleaning (experience an advantage)
• Screen and frame cleaning
• Gutter and solar panel cleaning (if qualified)

What We Provide

We supply everything you need to do the job — no out-of-pocket expenses required:

• All professional-grade cleaning equipment (squeegees, mops, vacuums, poles, ladders, etc.)
• All cleaning chemicals and consumables (eco-friendly where possible)
• Uniform and PPE
• Ongoing training and support
• A company brand and client base — you focus on the cleaning

The only thing you need is your own vehicle to travel between jobs. For jobs located further afield, travel reimbursement will be provided.

Mandatory Requirements — Non-Negotiable

Applicants must meet ALL of the following to be considered:

• Own reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver's licence
• Ability to pass a National Police Check (or already hold one)
• Right to work in Australia — full, unrestricted
• Located in or near the Brisbane metro area
• Available a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Saturday
• Smartphone with access to email for receiving job schedules

Ideal Candidate Profile

You're the right fit if you:

• Have at least 36 months of experience in professional cleaning (residential or commercial)
• Take pride in your work and deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Are punctual, reliable, and communicate clearly when issues arise
• Can work independently in client homes without supervision
• Present yourself professionally at all times on-site
• Are looking for a long-term role, not just a few shifts
• Have strong attention to detail — we have zero tolerance for sloppy work
