Construction Cleaner

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Construction Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a seasonal position with work available based on project demand. In this role, you will perform detailed cleaning services on commercial construction sites before occupancy. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform final construction cleaning, including dust removal, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and surface detailing.
• Remove construction debris and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, windows, and other finished surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Follow company safety policies and job site regulations.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company.

Experience

• Previous construction cleaning or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.

Travel Requirements
Candidates must be flexible with traveling outside of the Columbus area to various job sites when business needs require. Reliable transportation is required, and travel time may vary depending on project location. This may include overnight travel.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
