Compliance Coordinator

What you will do

• Oversee subcontractor onboarding and eligibility, including Airtable/ERP setup, document verification, and ongoing status maintenance.
• Monitor and update subcontractor records, coordinating with Data Systems and Field Management on status changes and performance tracking.
• Support vendor onboarding by completing and routing credit applications for approval and setting up vendor accounts in the ERP system.
• Manage vendor pricing processes, including submitting requests through portals and maintaining accurate pricing data.
• Coordinate vendor communications, including pricing correspondence, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• 
  Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management, or related field required.

• Proficiency with Airtable and ERP systems, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• High accuracy in document review and data entry; ability to identify discrepancies in financial and legal documents (e.g. COIs, ACH Forms, W-9s)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows, meet deadlines and maintain organized records across digital platforms.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, vendor/subcontractor management, compliance or a related role; construction knowledge preferred.
