Job Description

Goldenmile Construction and Chemicals Inc. is looking for hardworking and dependable Construction Workers to join our team. We welcome applicants with experience in painting, plastering (palitada), masonry, and general construction work. Applicants who are eager to learn and develop new skills are also encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform painting works for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist in masonry works, including palitada (plastering/rendering) and basic concrete finishing.
• Prepare and mix cement, sand, and other construction materials.
• Assist skilled masons in construction, repair, and renovation projects.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other construction-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, plastering (palitada), masonry, and mixing cement is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Willing to work outdoors and under direct sunlight.
• Willing to stay in company-provided barracks/accommodation when required.
• Hardworking, dependable, and not overly particular about work conditions.
• Eager to learn new construction skills and techniques.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Experience is an advantage, but willing-to-learn applicants are welcome.

Pay: Php560.00 - Php600.00 per day
