Cost Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing and cost analysis.
• Monitor food cost, packaging cost, and operational expenses across all branches.
• Analyze cost variances and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in inventory valuation, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
• Review stock movements and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Commissary, and Operations regarding inventory and costing concerns.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and assist during physical stock counts.
• Prepare cost reports and financial analyses for management.
• Support budget preparation and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related Accounting or Finance course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, or General Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Management
• Financial Reporting
• Microsoft Excel
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Experience in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or Manufacturing industry.

✅ Familiarity with ERP, POS, or Accounting Systems.

✅ Knowledge of food costing, recipe costing, and inventory controls is an advantage.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
