Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answering questions about a company's products or services, to provide quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and prospects
  • Actively communicate with the CS/ Sales Online Team to assist forwarded concerns
  • Reviewing and assessing customer complaints, making necessary reports, coordinating with concerned departments and suggesting possible solutions in resolving issues.
  • Assist Walk-ins customers
  • Answering customers inquiries, primarily receives telephone calls
  • Handling customer feedback, customer survey and summarizing customer satisfaction survey results.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Responding to customer reviews to product or company reviews written by customers

General Responsibilities

  • Performs cross-functional duties that may be assigned from immediate superior in the attainment of the department/ section objectives
  • Performs 5S of good housekeeping practices in the workplace
  • Adheres to company rules and regulations, QEHS Policy and standard operating procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
