As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers while supporting customers through phone, email, and chat. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with transferring calls between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and guide users through solutions
- Manage and update customer accounts accurately
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience
- Escalate complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Become a product expert and help customers maximize its features

What We're Looking For:
✔ At least 6 months of customer service experience (phone, email, or live chat)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
✔ Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional attitude
✔ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
✔ Healthcare experience is a plus, but NOT required
✔ Startup experience is a plus

Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Ayala Central Bloc, Corporate Center One, IT Park, Cebu City
