Desktop Support Specialist

• Experience managing 200+ users onsite.

• 5 years of experience required.

• Strong knowledge of OS imaging & Auto Pilot

• Experience in ticket management (SNOW is an added advantage), including handling incidents and service requests

• Knowledge of TP support and meeting room setups

• Experience in VIP support

• Spare stock management at site

• Vendor management

• Understanding of the procurement process for IT equipment

• Asset management

• Antivirus management

• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
