- Willing to do both field and office work.
- Financing & experience Fieldwork is a plus

• Duties & Responsibilities:

- Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
- Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)
- Conduct Orientation
- Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.
- Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)
