Field Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples or flyers in malls, markets, and events.
• Lead Generation: Build relationships with local customers, explain product offerings, and collect customer feedback.
• Market Expansion: Monitor local competitors, support regional promotional campaigns, and identify local networking opportunities.
• Reporting: Report daily foot traffic, sales conversions, and consumer insights to marketing managers.

Requirements

• Education: A graduate of any 2 or 4-year college course, or a high school graduate with relevant promotional experience.
• Mobility: Frequently involves 100% field work. Many roles require owning a motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a "pleasing personality," and the ability to persuade or negotiate directly with the public.
