Field Sales Representative

JB Elite Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Carmona, Cavite. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth within the local area. We are also open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales, as long as they are willing to do field work and meet sales quotas. Experience in property, real estate, or car sales is an advantage. Candidates should also have a pleasing personality and strong people skills.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and networking to identify new sales opportunities
• Conducting in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns
• Providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and sales strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage
• Willingness to do field work and achieve quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• With a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
