What the day will look like
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and executive-level insights.
- Be responsible for month-end close activities, ensuring strong governance across accruals, provisions, reclasses, prepayments, and balance sheet integrity.
- Provide robust variance analysis (actuals vs budget / forecast / prior year), highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with the Regional CFO Finance team and senior stakeholders to drive forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumptions setting, scenario planning, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Deliver forward-looking financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at leadership and board level.
- Own and drive business performance reviews, including preparation of executive presentations, board packs, and QBR materials.
- Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives including business case development, ROI analysis, and investment appraisals.
- Drive scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to support key business decisions and investments.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across functions (Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams).
- Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, ensuring high performance, capability development, and strong delivery standards.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality ad-hoc analysis and insights to support dynamic business needs and leadership requests.
- Lead and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across FP&A processes, employing tools such as Power BI, TM1, Co-pilot and other systems.
We seek a dynamic and strategic Business Partner - FP&A to manage financial planning, reporting, and partnership across key divisions. This position requires working directly with senior leaders such as the Regional CFO and Finance teams. You will provide performance insights, foster data-based decision-making, and lead FP&A process changes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 10 to 12 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis
- Strong capability to interpret data, identify trends and derive actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Co-pilot, Excel and Power BI (preferred) and finance transformation experience
- Experience with TM1 and Workday would be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Deep understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and financial impact
