Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, maintaining quality standards.
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a clean, inviting environment for incoming guests.
• Assist servers with food presentation, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and organizing service stations.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tables, and lift moderate loads when bussing or assisting in food delivery.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Toast is a plus.
• Experience in banquet service, hotel hospitality, or culinary settings is advantageous.
