Front Desk Agent

Customer Service (Remote)

Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000 per month

H&H Medical Supply is a growing medical equipment company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and healthcare partners. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service & Billing Specialist.

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support while managing billing, invoicing, and order processing using QuickBooks and other operational systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

  • Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex situations when necessary.

Billing & Order Processing

  • Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately using QuickBooks and other systems.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (medical supply or healthcare experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience with other accounting software is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.

Job Details

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend coverage if needed)
Location: Remote
