Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is mandatory.
• Familiarity with caulking, roofing, construction painting, plastering, welding, carpentry, flooring installation, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
