Lyric Kitchen Bar Host

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
• Manage/Take reservations and waitlists using Open table
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate estimated wait times to guests in a friendly and accurate manner
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about the restaurant (hours, menu, directions, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist in resolving any issues when appropriate
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Place togo orders and room service orders

Minimum Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required, Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team spirit, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Qualifications: Must be available for evening shifts

Shift Hours: Afternoon/evening shifts, weekends included

Pay: $15.53 per hour
